Legal terms and conditions of the draw
1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company organizing this draw is The Skin Makers SL , with registered office at C/Rey Don Felipe II, Callosa de Segura 03360 Alicante and CIF B56933534, owner of the brand Yinger Beauty (hereinafter, “Yinger”).
The giveaway will take place through Yinger's official Instagram profile: @yingerbeauty
2. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW
The purpose of this giveaway is to thank the Yinger community for their support and trust during the brand's first anniversary.
3. TERRITORIAL AND PARTICIPATORY SCOPE
Participation is open to individuals over 18 years of age residing in Spain (including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) .
Employees of Yinger and people professionally linked to the organization of the raffle will not be able to participate.
4. DURATION AND DATES
The draw consists of two independent actions :

DRAW 1 — RIMOWA
Active from October 12 to 19, 2025 (both inclusive).
The winner will be announced on October 19, 2025 . -
DRAW 2 — TRIP TO NEW YORK
Active from October 12 to 24, 2025 (both inclusive).
The winner will be announced on October 24, 2025 .
Yinger reserves the right to modify the dates for justified reasons, communicating it beforehand on its official profile.
5. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To participate, you will need to complete all of the following steps:

Repost the giveaway post in your stories.

Mention in the comments two people you would travel to New York with.
Tip: You can comment as many times as you like, always mentioning different people. The more comments you make, the more chances you have of winning.
6. AWARDS

Draw 1: A Rimowa Classic Cabin suitcase with Yinger products inside.

Draw 2: A trip for two people to New York , with flight and hotel included (4 days).
Prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash value, nor transferred to third parties.
In the case of the trip, Yinger will coordinate the booking together with a collaborating agency, adapting the dates according to the winner's availability.
7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winners will be chosen randomly using a certified sweepstakes selection tool (such as AppSorteos , Easypromos or similar).
Yinger will verify that the winner meets all participation requirements before confirming the prize.
If you do not meet the requirements or do not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.
8. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
The winners will be announced on the @yingerbeauty profile via post or stories and will be contacted by direct message (DM) from the official account.
Yinger will never request bank details or payments to deliver the prize.
9. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data of the participants will be processed by The Skin Makers SL in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) .
The purpose of the processing will be the management of the draw and the delivery of the prizes.
The data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and opposition by sending an email to hello@yingerbeauty.com .
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in this draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions .
Yinger reserves the right to remove fraudulent entries or those that do not meet the established requirements.
11. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway.
The giveaway is organized exclusively by Yinger Beauty , without association with any other brand or entity.
